Jungian-based Coaching
Why consider coaching as opposed to Jungian analysis or psychotherapy?
The answer became clear to me a number of years ago. Traditional psychotherapy is a very long journey, sometimes lasting as long as 15 years or more. My personal philosophy is that coaching enables a more dynamic process that accelerates clients to work through whatever brought them to therapy initially and often results in long-term positive results.
My approach is unabashedly unique – blending traditional Jungian methods with ancient wisdoms such as compassion for self and others, meditation, and heart opening chakra work. I guide “waking dream” sessions that are based on Jung’s active imagination, shamanic exploration, and Taoist energy healing to help clients unravel from inner conflicts and find a more clear path towards peace. The power of self-compassion and unconditional love is profound when channeled with strategies to accomplish identify and accomplish goals. My work aims to stabilize inner peace with outer success.
Unpacking images, archetypes, and dreams are the foundation of my work and the method for shattering the myths that hold us back from living our full potential. By allowing unconscious patterns and motivations to become known to the conscious mind, we can find deeper meaning in our human experience to free our energy to become our most realized, creative, or individuated self.
Sessions are held via zoom or in person. If you’d like to know more, please book a complimentary 15 minute call.
