Why the Past Matters

The renown father of modern psychology, C.G. Jung popularized the word psyche to describe the human mind and its deepest emotions, as opposed to the ego that is a constructed and often defensive aspect of the personality. The word psyche derives from the ancient Greek word for soul – and to many philosophers, mind and soul inseparable.

One of the biggest problems that many face in this lifetime – a fact discovered by both Sigmund Freud and C.G. Jung – is that we often suffer from fragmented psyches, often the result of trauma, but sometimes from unknown causes. Nevertheless, by drawing the fragments together, an individual becomes more coherent, and our sense of purpose often reveals itself. When we are whole again, our energy is free to focus on our true potential.

Past life regression often helps clients work with difficult circumstances by offering perspectives that transcend this lifetime.  Many can’t understand deeply rooted stress, illness and repeated negative situations. Some feel guilt or shame over their behaviors that they can’t seem to change. For those inclined towards eastern perspectives, this “stuff” is often considered karma. When we face the repeated story themes through regression, psyche can naturally untie the knots that bind us.

Past life regression also often helps an individual who is longing for more purpose and seeks the message of the soul. For those interested in eastern perspectives, I believe that past life regression is often a karma clearing process that is more effective than many other approaches.

It is recommended that a 3 session package be booked for regression, as current life issues should ideally be explored prior to regression.

Cost per session is $225. Discounts are available if a 3-session package is booked in advance.
