Arrange a conversation
Before an experience
Preparation begins with getting to know you. What brings you to this work? What are you hoping to explore? We make room for expectations, questions, concerns, and the experiences that have shaped you. Together, we discuss boundaries, your support system, and the time you can set aside afterward.
Make room for what surfaced
Integration is the process of exploring how an experience relates to your life. A journey may leave you with vivid images, strong feelings, questions, or material that takes time to understand. Our conversations give that material attention and allow meaning to develop at your pace.
A Jungian approach
Dreams, symbols, and personal associations are central to this work. Through conversation, journaling, meditation, and Active Imagination, we explore what an image or feeling means to you. Your own associations guide the inquiry, with room for uncertainty and more than one interpretation.
From reflection to practice
What might you carry into your relationships, creative life, or daily routines? We identify manageable steps and revisit them together. The rhythm of sessions is shaped around your needs. Preparation and integration can also accompany work with another provider; questions requiring clinical care are referred to an appropriate professional.
