Trip sitting
Attentive presence. Room for your experience.
Companionship grounded in preparation, respect for your boundaries, and a continuing conversation afterward.
Arrange a conversation
Start with a conversation
Choosing support for a psychedelic experience is personal. Before making arrangements, we discuss what brings you here, your previous experiences, your concerns, and whether working together is appropriate. There is room to ask questions and take time with your decision.
Prepare together
Preparation creates a shared understanding of intentions, boundaries, setting, and support needs. We discuss relevant health history and medications, with medical questions directed to a qualified clinician. We also consider your support system and make space for integration afterward.
During the experience
Trip sitting offers attentive, nonjudgmental companionship. The emphasis is on presence, agreed boundaries, and respect for what unfolds. Each experience is individual, and preparation cannot guarantee a particular outcome or eliminate risk.
Continue the conversation
Afterward, integration sessions offer space to reflect on images, emotions, and insights, including anything confusing or difficult. Together, we consider how the experience relates to your life and what you would like to explore further.
